What’s included in each package?
Both packages include unlimited sessions and prints during your booked booth time, a custom strip design, and photo booth and backdrop setup. Additional hours, available add-ons, and travel are confirmed in your quote.
Where does PHJ travel?
NYC, Long Island, and New Jersey. Travel fees depend on your venue location and will be quoted before you book.
What does the venue need to provide?
A suitable indoor setup area and access to power. Send your venue details with your inquiry so we can confirm space, electrical access, and setup timing together.
How do we reserve a date?
Send your date, venue, and preferred package. We’ll confirm availability, quote your event, and explain the booking and payment terms. An inquiry alone does not reserve a date.
How do guests get their digital photos?
Use Find your photos to open the event gallery and download the available strips. Individual original photos depend on the event’s settings and may not be available for every event.
Can we get extra printed copies?
Email us your event name, photo filename, and quantity. We’ll confirm whether we can reprint it, along with the price and collection or delivery options.
